Vendors must comply with the platform’s Refund & Returns Policy and handle customer issues fairly.

🔷 7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (VERY IMPORTANT)

Vendors must NOT:

• Sell illegal or counterfeit products
• Mislead customers
• Manipulate pricing or orders
• Abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if policies are violated.

🔷 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform is not responsible for vendor product quality, delays, or disputes beyond its control.

🔷 10. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By registering as a vendor, you agree to this Vendor Agreement and all related policies.

Each vendor operates independently and is responsible for their own products, pricing and fulfillment.
